CONVERTING
Due to increased pressure on price for larger quantities we now work closely with several overseas operations. Sampling is carried out in Macclesfield and production is converted by the overseas partners. This has been very successful as the "look" remains special to each client while lower prices are achieved.

Samples are produced either digitally or using mini screens to make an initial presentation to the customer. The prototype can be modified in house and once approved sent overseas for converting. The very close technical relationship, working directly with the factories, combined with many years of textile printing experience ensures good communication.

Twice yearly visits to the partners’ factories ensures that quality and working conditions are monitored, and new print techniques developed in the UK can be introduced to the overseas manufacturers.
